GLP-1 weight loss protocols are prescribed in 30-day supplies. HRT is prescribed in 90-day cycles. Peptide protocols vary by product — your provider will confirm the cycle length and refill schedule based on the protocol they prescribe.
Coaching Sessions reset at the end of each billing month. Up to 1 unused session may roll over into the following month, but no more than that — it's not a banking system.
We do this so coaches stay available for everyone on the schedule and your training stays consistent week-over-week. If you have a one-off conflict, just message your coach to reschedule within the same cycle when possible.

No. The entire process — onboarding, intake, prescriber review, and shipping — is virtual. You only step inside the Legacy gym in Kuna if you want hands-on coaching support.

No. This is a cash-pay program. Compounded medications are not typically covered by insurance.
Pricing is transparent on the shop page and your prescriber confirms final pricing at the time of intake. There are no surprise fees.
Licensed providers in our medical team (our medical team) prescribe all medications. Legacy Health and Fitness is a marketing partner — we do not prescribe, dispense, or fulfill medications.
All clinical decisions are made by an a provider after reviewing your async health history.

If a therapy isn't right for you — for example, due to a medication interaction or contraindication — they'll say so. You're not charged for medication that's not prescribed.
