The Wellness program from Legacy Health and Fitness is coaching-led. Every plan starts with a free consult with our team — a goals and fit conversation, not a medical visit.
The coaching side — personalized training, nutrition framework, recovery support, and weekly check-ins — is built around your goals by your Legacy coach. If the program is a fit, the next step is a separate, paid physician visit with SamaritanMD, where any clinical evaluation or care is handled privately by your provider.
About 20–30 minutes total, all virtual. You'll talk through your goals and where you've been stuck with a Legacy coach, who maps out what the program would look like. No medical evaluation on this call — it's about your goals and whether we're a fit. If the program is a fit, the next step is a separate, paid physician visit with SamaritanMD.
You walk away with a plan and a price — no pressure, no charge. If a program isn't right for you, we'll say so on the call.
Pricing is set at your free team consult based on the program you choose and the fit. Each of the three programs — Performance, Metabolic, and Health — is a 60-day commitment with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. We confirm the price up front.
Yes. Coaching is the core of every Wellness program from Legacy Health and Fitness. Each 60-day program starts with a free consult with our team and includes:

No. The consult and the coaching are 100% virtual — onboarding, intake, the SamaritanMD review, and weekly check-ins are all telehealth.
You only step inside the Legacy gym in Kuna if you want hands-on coaching face-to-face. Plenty of Wellness members never see the building.
The coaching side is cash-pay. Some clinical services may or may not be covered depending on your plan and what your provider recommends — that's a conversation for the consult.
The coaching price is confirmed transparently at intake. There are no surprise fees.
A US-licensed provider through our SamaritanMD partnership. Legacy Health and Fitness is the coaching partner — we do not diagnose, prescribe, or dispense.
All clinical decisions are made privately by your provider after evaluating you individually.
That's the point of the free consult. We'll tell you on the call.
If a program isn't right for you, you walk away with no charge and no obligation.
Metabolic optimization is a coordinated approach to metabolic health and body composition — training, nutrition, recovery, and weekly accountability pulled together instead of one quick fix.
Legacy coaches all of that, and every program includes physician-supervised care through our SamaritanMD partnership, where a US-licensed provider handles any clinical evaluation privately. Legacy does not diagnose, prescribe, or dispense.
If low energy, poor recovery, or stalled body composition might trace back to your hormones, the physician-supervised side of the program is where that gets evaluated — privately, by your US-licensed SamaritanMD provider.
Legacy's role is the coaching around it: training, nutrition, and recovery built to support the plan. We do not prescribe or dispense; any clinical decisions are your provider's.
Most Treasure Valley clinics prescribe and monitor but don't coach your training. Legacy Health and Fitness is a 24/7 gym with in-house Personal Coaching, so you get the physician-supervised side through SamaritanMD plus a real coach adjusting your strength, nutrition, and recovery every week — the part that protects lean muscle and makes results hold.
We serve Kuna, Meridian, Boise, Nampa, Eagle, Star, and Caldwell — and nationwide by telehealth.
Yes. The 60-day programs bundle coaching, check-ins, and access at a single price, but you can also work with a Legacy coach independently. The consult will cover both options.
