Educational content on this Site about peptides, hormones, GLP-1s, and related therapies is provided for general information only — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed medical provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any therapy. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to use this Site or request a consult. The therapies described on this Site are not appropriate for minors, pregnant or nursing individuals, or people with certain pre-existing conditions. Final eligibility is determined by a licensed provider during intake.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the Site are current at time of publication and may change without notice. Final pricing for prescribed medication is confirmed by your provider at the time of intake. Coaching packages, if elected, are billed on a 29-day cycle and may be cancelled at any time without penalty. Cancelling a coaching package does not cancel any active prescription.
5. Compounded medications and FDA disclosures
Many therapies described on this Site — including compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, and various peptides — are not FDA-approved drug products. They are compounded by a US-licensed 503A pharmacy and prescribed at the discretion of a licensed provider for individual patients. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Compounded medications may not have the same efficacy or safety profile as commercially-available, FDA-approved alternatives.
6. Off-label use
Some medications discussed on this Site may be prescribed for uses other than their FDA-approved indication ("off-label"). Off-label prescribing is a routine part of medical practice and is at the discretion of your licensed provider.
7. No guarantees
Individual results vary. Nothing on this Site is a guarantee of any specific weight loss, performance, recovery, or hormone outcome.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site: no scraping, automated submissions, attempts to access non-public areas, or use of the Site to harass, defraud, or impersonate. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for misuse.
9. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and copy are owned by Legacy Health and Fitness or licensed to it. Don't copy or reuse without written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid Legacy in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy and its affiliates from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
