2. Information we collect
When you submit our consult request form we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you're interested in, your preferred consult times, and any message you choose to include. We log standard server data (IP address, browser type, page accessed) and use cookies and analytics (described below).
During clinical onboarding, our licensed providers collect health information (medical history, medications, prior labs, etc.) so they can prescribe appropriately. That information is held in our medical-records system and governed by HIPAA where applicable.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your consult request and confirm a time
- To provide clinical care, prescriptions, and pharmacy fulfillment
- To follow up about Legacy coaching packages, if you've requested one
- To send service emails (confirmations, scheduling, support replies)
- To analyze site traffic and improve the experience
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to deliver the service:
- With our licensed providers to evaluate, prescribe, and follow up on your treatment
- With our partner US-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy to fill your prescription
- With shipping carriers to deliver your order
- With service providers who help us operate the site (email, analytics, hosting, payments) under appropriate confidentiality terms
We do not sell your information.
5. Service providers
We use third-party services to operate the site, including:
- Email delivery (Mailgun) for contact-form messages and service emails
- Analytics (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Meta Pixel) for traffic and conversion measurement
- Hosting (Vercel) for serving this website
- Database (Neon Postgres, Supabase) for storing leads and content
- Media (Cloudinary) for images
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, conversion tracking, and to remember preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may not work as expected. We honor browser "Do Not Track" signals where reasonably possible.
7. Your choices
- Access / correction. Email support@legacyhealth.fit to ask what information we have about you or request changes.
- Deletion. Email us to request deletion of your contact information. Medical records are retained as required by applicable law.
- Email opt-out. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or email support@legacyhealth.fit.
- State privacy rights. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights — contact us to exercise them.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, access controls, vendor due diligence) to protect your information. No internet transmission is 100% secure; please don't include sensitive personal information in non-clinical messages.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The therapies described on this site are not appropriate for minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted prominently on this page.
