Your in-house Legacy coach maps the program around your goals — the strength block, the nutrition framework, the recovery plan. About 5–10 minutes.

4. Get your plan and price

You walk away from the consult with a clear plan and a confirmed price. No surprises, no hidden fees. If a program isn't the right fit, we'll say so on the call.

5. Weekly check-ins, real adjustments

Once you start, your coach checks in every week — adjusting load, nutrition, or recovery based on what's actually showing up. Not an app on autopilot. A real human in your week.
