Wellness Genetics Kit

Stop guessing. Start with your data.

Generic protocols don't account for why your labs look the way they do. The Genetics Kit pairs a focused bloodwork panel with a 66-gene DNA analysis and turns the result into a 12-week plan your in-house Legacy coach trains you to. No PDF that disappears. No guessing whether this peptide or that supplement is the one for you.

If any of these sound like you

  • "I take five supplements and I have no idea which ones are actually doing anything." — Generic stacks miss the genetic context that explains why your labs look the way they do.
  • "My energy crashed. My recovery slowed. My weight stalled. Nothing obvious is wrong on paper." — That gap usually lives in the markers most labs don't run, paired with the gene patterns that explain why they're stuck.
  • "I've thought about peptides or hormone optimization, but I want a reason — not a hunch." — Bloodwork shows what's active right now. Genetics shows why. Together they tell you what's worth pursuing and what's noise.
  • "I want a plan tied to my training, not a brochure." — That's the gym + coach loop. The Kit is the data; your Legacy coach turns it into the next 12 weeks of work.
What's in the Kit

Three pieces, one plan.

1 · 8-Marker Bloodwork Panel

Drawn at a partner lab — the active picture

What we look at: hs-CRP (systemic inflammation), Fasting Insulin, Fasting Glucose, HbA1c, Homocysteine, Ferritin, ApoB (the real cardiovascular risk number), and 25-OH Vitamin D.

These are the markers that tell us what's active in your body right now. They set the focus of the next 12 weeks. The standard CMP/lipid panel your primary care orders doesn't include most of these — that's why generic plans miss them.

2 · 66-Gene DNA Analysis

Saliva sample — the context

What we look at: 66 SNPs across 10 systems — lipid handling, inflammation, methylation, insulin/glucose, vitamin D, iron metabolism, omega-3 conversion, gut/digestion, appetite/metabolism, connective tissue, stress & recovery, oxidative stress.

Your DNA doesn't change. It explains why certain markers move the way they do — why your CRP drifts up under stress, why your body burns through B-vitamins faster, why some supplement forms work and others don't.

3 · Your 12-Week Blueprint

The plan your coach trains you to

What you get: Primary System Focus + Secondary + Supporting Systems · a Nutrition Archetype matched to your data · a Supplement Protocol with specific doses, timing, and form guidance · peptide considerations (when applicable, prescriber-led) · a 12-week retest cycle.

Every section follows the same structure: why it matters, what happens if we don't address it, and how we're addressing it. Then your coach folds it into your training, recovery, and nutrition for the next 12 weeks.

The five systems

Where this Kit looks first.

Each block of bloodwork + DNA gets sorted into one of these — Primary Focus (the main lever for the next 12 weeks), Secondary (monitored), or Supporting (layered intervention). You don't fix everything at once. You fix what's loudest, then reassess.

Systemic Inflammation

Marker: hs-CRP — Genes: CRP, IL-6, IL-6R, TNF-α, IL-1β, NFKB1, IL-10

Inflammation is upstream of almost everything else. When it's elevated, your body is allocating resources to defense instead of adaptation — fat loss stalls, recovery lags, the effort-to-result ratio gets worse. Fix this first, and every other intervention works better.

Glucose & Insulin Control

Markers: Fasting Insulin, Fasting Glucose, HbA1c — Genes: TCF7L2, SLC2A2, PPARG, IRS1, SLC30A8, MC4R, FTO

Insulin is the quiet metabolic lever. Elevated insulin slows fat loss, amplifies hunger, and shifts what kind of weight you're actually losing. The genetic context explains how efficiently your body partitions fuel under stress.

Lipoprotein & Cardiovascular Risk

Marker: ApoB — Genes: APOE, LDLR, APOB, CETP, LPA

ApoB counts the actual particles depositing into arterial walls. It's a sharper picture than LDL cholesterol alone. Elevated ApoB is silent — you don't feel it until damage is done — but it responds well to targeted nutrition shifts plus a fiber strategy your coach builds with you.

Methylation & Cellular Repair

Marker: Homocysteine — Genes: MTHFR (C677T & A1298C), MTR, MTRR, CBS, BHMT, TCN2, FUT2

Methylation is the foundational process behind DNA repair, neurotransmitter production, and homocysteine clearance. Some people burn through B-vitamins fast. Generic "B-complex" doesn't fix that — methylated forms (5-MTHF, methylcobalamin) do.

Foundational Support

Marker: 25-OH Vitamin D — Genes: CYP2R1, DHCR7, GC, VDR

Vitamin D acts more like a hormone than a vitamin — it modulates immune function, muscle performance, and inflammation. Some people need 2,000 IU; others need 5,000+ to hit the same level. The genes tell us which group you're in.

Plus what we monitor

Iron · Omega-3 conversion · Gut/digestion · Appetite · Connective tissue · Stress · Oxidative stress

The DNA panel covers seven additional systems that show up in the report as context — explaining why your appetite runs hot (FTO, MC4R, leptin), why your tendons take longer to bounce back (COL1A1, COL5A1, GDF5), why standard fish oil might not give you the EPA/DHA you need (FADS1, FADS2). Not every system gets active intervention — but every one informs the plan.

Inside your blueprint

What you actually walk away with.

System Focus Map

Primary, secondary, and supporting targets — with current values, 12-week goal, why it matters, what happens if we don't, and how we're addressing it. No vague "consider lifestyle" advice.

Nutrition Archetype

A specific eating framework matched to what your data says — built around stable blood sugar, anti-inflammatory food choices, and recovery support, with fat-quality and fiber emphasis when ApoB is elevated.

Supplement Protocol

Specific compounds, doses, and timing — plus form guidance (e.g. methylated B-vitamins instead of folic acid, bioavailable curcumin instead of supermarket turmeric, triglyceride-form omega-3 instead of ethyl-ester). Not a vitamin store haul.

Peptide Considerations

When your data suggests a peptide protocol could help, your blueprint flags it for discussion with your SamaritanMD physician. Informational only — every peptide still requires physician evaluation, prescription, and monitoring through our 503A pharmacy.

12-Week Retest Cycle

At week 12, we retest the active markers. You see what moved, what didn't, and why — then build the next block on top of real data instead of guessing whether the plan worked.

Your Coach in the Loop

This is the piece nobody else can sell you. Your in-house Legacy coach reads the same blueprint and shapes your training, recovery, and nutrition around it. The gym + the data, in one program.

The Legacy difference

Most genetics tests hand you a PDF and disappear.

Yours becomes the blueprint your coach trains you to. Bloodwork. DNA. A 12-week plan the gym actually implements with you. That's not a test result — that's a program.

Order your Kit

Ready when you are.

Pricing confirmed at your free consult. The Kit ships from our partner lab with a saliva collection swab and a requisition form for the bloodwork draw. Most members complete both in the same week — your blueprint follows ~10 business days later.

The Wellness Genetics Kit is a wellness-information service. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic test, and not a substitute for medical care. Bloodwork is performed at a CLIA-certified partner lab. Your blueprint is informational and built around lifestyle, training, nutrition, and supplementation — any prescription decisions (peptides, hormone optimization, GLP-1 protocols, etc.) are made by a SamaritanMD-licensed physician at your free virtual consult and dispensed by a US-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA where applicable. Nothing on this page is medical advice; final clinical decisions are made by your prescribing physician.
